The consent requirement
You may only send to users who have explicitly allowed notifications on your own site through the browser permission prompt. Sending to purchased, rented, scraped or otherwise acquired lists is prohibited.
Presenting the permission prompt deceptively — for instance making permission look like a condition of viewing content, or hiding the request behind another action — breaches this policy.
Prohibited content
- Unlawful content, hate speech, glorification of violence or discrimination
- Phishing, fake prizes, fake delivery notices and similar fraud attempts
- Links carrying malware or leading users to a harmful site
- Sending on behalf of another brand or organisation without their permission
- Content unsuitable for minors
- Misleading headlines: notification text unrelated to the content reached on click
- Repeated sending at a frequency that disturbs the user
Technical abuse
- Attempting to bypass quotas, rate limits or security controls
- Generating fake subscriber records
- Loading the API in a way that disrupts the service
- Attempting to access other customers’ data
- Attempting to reproduce the service by reverse engineering
The system detects unusual subscriber growth automatically and, where needed, quarantines the project temporarily. This protects both you and our standing with the push services.
Enforcement
When we identify a breach we contact you first and allow time to put it right. For severe or continuing breaches we may stop sending, suspend the project or close the account. Where user safety is directly at risk (phishing, malware) we act without prior notice.
Reporting abuse
You can report abuse you believe was sent through Bildirim.io to [email protected]. Including a screenshot of the notification and, if possible, the sending site speeds up our review.
